Order Cancellation 

  1. Cancellation by Customer: 
  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order details. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method. 
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product following our return policy. 
  1. Cancellation by Jain Saree Centre: 
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient stock, inaccuracies in product pricing, or issues identified by our fraud detection department. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. 

Return Policy 

  1. Eligibility for Returns: 
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. 
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 
  • Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for returns. 
  1. Non-Returnable Items: 
  • Gift cards 
  • Clearance sale items 
  1. Return Process: 
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. 
  • You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. 
  1. Refund Process: 
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

Exchange Policy 

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges: 
  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for items of equal or higher value, subject to availability. 
  • The item must meet the same conditions as outlined in our return policy. 
  1. Exchange Process: 
  • Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. 
  • Follow the return process to send the item back to us. 
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.
